  Strass is a long established large hotel with multiple facilities with the best access to the Penken

  Liked: I am a frequent visitor to the Strass so i like most things about the hotel.

  Disliked: For a 4 * hotel the breakfast range could be improved a little especially re cooked breakfast and put in automatic coffee machines for extra variety

  Just lovely, convenient and pleasant, relaxing yet professional. I like this place

  Liked: Everything. Jacuzzi could be a little more frequent, but otherwise, everything was how I wanted it. All of their staff were friendly, helpful, resourceful and informative. The waiters were extra pro. The steam room was ace!

  Liked: Location next to the Skilift, good spa facilities, great staff (except reception who were not always super friendly or efficient)

  Disliked: Hotel was way too warm, needed to sleep with window wide open to keep room at acceptable temperature and thus suffered the noise late evenings from party goers, bad pillow and breakfast starts late (7h30 when the pistes open at 7h30 and 8)

  Liked: Amazing location, beautiful hotel. Clean rooms, Spa is also very impressivr

  Disliked: Breakfast is very poor and not at the level of this hotel. Staff is not too friendly

  Overall very satisfactory

  Liked: Location, room size, staff, facilities all very good

  Disliked: Breakfast was diappointing, no choice on the cooked displace, only reconstituted scrambled egg and under cooked bacon or sausage.
