  We will be back (again) and recommend to family and friends

  Liked: Food very good. Staff fabulous especially the 2 bar men.

  Disliked: Room lighting poor, and the food is not as good as previous visit but still very good.

  Could be a great hotel

  Liked: The staff were exceptional. They were helpful and pleasant. The gym, sauna, pool and ski locker boot room were first class. The food was good and varied. Rooms were clean and serviced well.

  Disliked: Only one lift for guests, leading to long wait times. The hair dryer over heated every 20 seconds, the heated towel rails did not work and the hotel was not visually attractive.

  Liked: Great location, close to 3 ski lifts. You can walk or catch a hotel shuttle in the morning. Excellent service, amazing staff (especially Mike!). Good selection of breakfast. Love the sauna, steam room and the pool. Ski locker room is super nice! We had a lovely time and hope to visit again!
