  Fantastic Stay — Perfect Location and Peaceful Nights

  Liked: Highly recommend this property! It’s ideally situated just steps from the town center, giving you easy access to everything while being far enough away to escape the noise. Since there’s no restaurant on the ground floor, it is exceptionally quiet at night, making it easy to get a great night's rest. The location is unbeatable for getting around: it’s right next to the Schattberg X-press and the bus stop connecting to Zell am See and Hinterglemm, as well as being extremely close to the Kohlmaisbahn. To top it off, the host was fantastic—super friendly, highly responsive, and always answered via WhatsApp within minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

  Perfect place for a hiking holiday in Saalbach

  Liked: Lovely appartement with modern bathrooms situated on walking distance from the centre of town and both (summer) ski lifts. Perfect for hiking. The host/owner Klarissza was a perfect hostess!

  Disliked: Just two small suggestions. 1. In the appartement (Top1) the curtains did not sufficiently blok the light. Darker curtains would be a better choice. 2. It would have been nice to have a vaccumcleaner in the appartement. We had our dog with us and it would have been nice to be able to vaccum the appartement daily. But nevertheless we really recomend this place. Thankyou for your hospitality!

  Warm and welcoming base, perfectly located near ski lifts and the town

  Liked: Very good location near the town but far enough away to be quiet at night. well- equipped compact kitchen space and nice bathrooms/excellent showers. Loads of storage in the large living room and bedroom. Comfy, large sofa bed. (We were four adults sharing and that worked fine as there are two bathrooms.) Heated boot/ski lockers were very handy. Nice view of the closest bubble lift - Bernkogel - which is just a a few minutes’ walk away and Schattberg in the distance. Nice details like a reading light on the wall next to the sofa bed show some thought has gone into fitting out the living space.

  Disliked: Nothing - it was great. Would just be nice to have a second locker key maybe, to facilitate speedy getaways in the morning if you’re all off to different ski areas, but there is a key box outside for the door key and locker key, so one set of keys works.

  Clean and cosy appartment very close to ski lifts

  Liked: Great location, exceptionally clean. Towels and kitchen towels changed during our one week stay - which was a pleasant surprise. It has a lift from ground floor where skis can be left in vented lockers. Beautiful view.

  Disliked: The only con was lowering attic ceiling in the living room in the Appartment no. 9.

  Booking.com should not offer such apartments

  Disliked: The balcony was also accessed through a door from the hallway and a window from the toilet of the neighboring apartment. The bedroom window faced directly onto the balcony and the bedroom of the neighboring apartment, the curtains had to be kept closed for privacy.
