  Fantastic stay with lovely staff!

  Liked: Very friendly staff, extremely helpful. Amazing breakfast with lots of variety. Very good hotel restaurant with reasonable prices and good vegetarian options. Our room was in the new part, with fantastic facilities (great shower, comfortable beds, fridge in the room). Nice terrace with a view of the mountain. Parking in the main parking garage of the village and it was free of charge. Availability of the Joker card to take the cable cars up was very helpful. With this card, there was also a discount on renting bikes. Because we had to leave early and couldn’t attend the breakfast, a complete lunch package was provided (also free of charge). Tea and water available at the pool.

  Disliked: Personally I didn’t like the pillows. The pool is quite small, with playing children it was not possible to swim.

  Really nice hotel as well as the staff, five star in my mind

  Liked: Location great, a bit out of the center, great view to the hills. staff really and friendly. The pool great to relax after hiking days

  Perfect. Will definitely come back

  Liked: Everything! The decor was beautiful - traditional Austrian with a modern twist. The rooms were a good size and comfortable, and there's the best restaurant in the area just downstairs. Staff all very friendly and lovely breakfast

  Disliked: Nothing really, If I had to find something - the rooms are non smoking but people smoke on the neighbouring balconies so sometimes smoke comes into the room and we had to keep the door closed. But I guess nothing that can be done about that (so not a complaint at all)

  A wonderfully friendly family run hotel proving a high standard of service

  Liked: The hotel is in a wonderful location close to centre, and has a traditional style appearance from the from the front and inside, the whole design of the hotel is to a high standard. There is a spa area including swimming pool and sauna which we’re constantly in use. The rooms are individual and as we had arrived early in the season we were given a free upgrade to a wonderful front facing room which was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom shower was excellent. The were great facilities for our bikes and equipment to be stored safely and securely. I recommend the shrimp pasta!

  Disliked: I didn’t like having to leave!

  Everything was wonderful, we could not recommend enough, would 10000% stay here again!

  Liked: The property was gorgeous. It’s ski in ski out (Kohlmais is the nearest lift). Breakfast was incredible, the staff were all wonderful, and the room was very spacious. We used the pool and sauna which were great too.

  Disliked: N/A. Everything was wonderful! We arrived slightly earlier then check in but gave Astrid a call and she came down immediately! The service was immaculate!
