  Not valuable even the half price

  Disliked: First I arrived to hotel. No one was there. It was like old messy place and no one show Second:i was waiting three hours trying to became the check-in code and got the room key but no one shows,, i spend my all time trying the wrong code that I became in msg sent after one hour trying even another wrong password. At the end my stay was awful Sorry to say that, but it’s the truth. Thank u

  Comfortable, luxurious and excellent location

  Liked: The indoor garden space was a really nice touch and made it feel relaxing and peaceful. The location couldn’t have been better. Opposite the R-Bahn and only 5 mins from the U-Bahn lift. The sauna was huge and always clean and the view from the pool was spectacular. The boot room was really good and the seating areas were very comfortable making the experience as comfortable (as opposed to the usual chaos) as possible.

  Disliked: The only thing that is a cultural difference is the mixed spa. Personally I think some sort of dress code would be useful outside of the actual sauna just to ensure all guests are comfortable. If there could be a few more fish/veggie options at the restaurant we would have eaten here more.

  Enjoyable stay with an amazing spa and rooftop pool!

  Liked: The location was great with an amazing views from the rooftop pool. The room was very modern and clean and the breakfast was enjoyable! The staff at the restaurant was also very helpful. We would definitely come back in the future!

  Disliked: The only issue we had was trying to locate the parking because there is no reception or help desk, however, the staff from the restaurant was really helpful in this situation.
