  Liked: I had an amazing stay! The staff were absolutely wonderful—very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was great, comfortable, and very clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options and everything I needed to start the day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

  Liked: The stay was really nice, I truly recommend! The Joker card with free cable car rides was alone enough reason to stay here, but the steam room, sauna, breakfast and free public transport were amazing as well! The bed was good, and I had a really good sleep here.

  Disliked: The room has a bit of an old smell to it (manageable though) and the room's shower head could have been better. But I just opened the window and used the showers by the sauna. The hotel is located right by the road, so there's some noice, but I didn't find it too disturbing.

  Liked: EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, ESPECIALLY THE FOOD AND THE STAFF. VERY COMFORTABLE PLACE CLOSE TO THE CENTER OF THE TOWN. FIVE MINUTES WALK TO THE LIFT.
