  Great hotel, friendly staff and beatiful surroundings

  Liked: The room itself was big and nice, bathroom was functional and everything was clean. The receptionist was very friendly and even gave us some tips for hiking around. The communication with the hotel was great. Parking can be reserved right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was everything you may need before you go hiking to soak up the views of this beautiful valley. The Joker card being included with your stay in the summer is absolutely great.

  Disliked: We had some issues finding this place even with the map provided by the hotel. Parking is limited and has to be reserved in advance, and is paid.

  Been coming here the last 4 years at this same hotel, no issues! Location is tops!

  Liked: The breakfast is always great, with many options. My family has come here for the last 4 years, never an issue. The staff are great, the hotel great, and the location excellent.

  Disliked: Everything is great here, we come every year.

Please be aware that in summertime (June - October) the Joker Card from Saalbach is included in the price. This card gives you free access to many cable cars and discount on many activities.

Please note that in summer months the sauna can only be used if requested by groups of 10 people.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
