  Genuinely awful - low quality and hugely overpriced. Go somewhere else

  Liked: Lots of hooks. Decent location. Other than this, I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone. It’s the kind of accommodation that makes me nervous to book more than a couple of nights somewhere, in case it’s as poor as this and you can’t leave, and it still cost as much as somewhere nice because it looked good in the (photoshopped? AI?) photos.

  Disliked: Massively overpriced. Needs some serious TLC. I’m really disappointed VAYA put their name to this, I believe it’s misleading as it’s a run down apartment that should be half the price. Key issues we experienced were: many of the lights not working, a filthy sofa (disgusting), and the shower not having a rubber seal at the bottom of the doors, so the bathroom fully flooded when I used it. We spent the first couple of days raising issues with VAYA, who sent someone to fix the lights. They said they are ordering a new sofa and shower seal so fingers crossed I guess(?) This is the last thing I want to be doing on holiday, whilst worrying they might take our €500 deposit if they claim we have caused the issues. We did get a small refund due to the problems, but not enough to make this a value for money stay or to stop me feeling very misled.

  All good, would definitely go back

  Liked: Everything was fine and great value compared to other options that would have been available. I dont understand the negative comments here, our group had 2 different apartments both clean and well equipped with everything needed and also easy to get into even with a late night arrival. The receptionists were very kind and helpful both with checking in and out!

  Disliked: Mattresses unfortunately way too soft but that’s a subjective opinion. 1parking space per apartment not ideal but they provide space in a nearby carpark.

  Great location, fantastic staff, comfortable & spacious. Kitchen needs to be better stocked and overall cleanliness

  Liked: Spacious living areas and bedroom, the joker pass was great to have & the sauna was fabulous to relax in after a day of mountain biking.

  Disliked: Cleanliness could’ve been better with regard to the floors and kitchen utensils. The kitchen was not fully equipped (ie no good cutting knives or strainer and the dishwasher didn’t really work). For the price these things should’ve been accounted for.
