  Liked: Beautiful and very clean apartment, perfectly located close to the ski slopes. The two large saunas are an excellent bonus and ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. Highly recommended – 10/10.

  Liked: The apartment is spacious, comfortable and cosy. It is located near a ski lift.

  Disliked: We had several issues with this booking. There was an AI generated response to each email we sent during our stay, which makes it difficult to reslove a problem. Firstly, the heating didn't work when we got there and I got a completely useless reply form the AI generated response to my email. We figured out ourselves that the fuse has gone out, and fixed the problem ourselves. Nobody contacted us to ask if we needed help. Secondly, we asked for a highchair. One was delivered quickly, but it was terribly dirty. When we asked for it to be taken away, the property manager was very rude, annoyed by our request and completely unprofessional. Thirdly, we lost one key card and asked for a new one. The AI response was that it will soon be delivered, but we never got it. Lastly, it took them 7 days to 'process' the deposit refund and another 3 days passed before I got the refund. All in all, a very poor experience and I would not go back even though the apartment is nice and the location is good.

  Really enjoyed our stay and would come again. Be useful to provide a telephone number that works

  Disliked: Loved the property. Only issue is that the telephone number provided for ‘help’ does not work so you are totally reliant on AI.

  TOP 7 apartman

  Liked: Very beautiful apartman with lots of space, very well managed property with large ski room. Very easy check in with safe box, very comfortable beds. fully equiped kitchen. I do recommends this acomodation its very good. 9/10

  Disliked: very steep garage - i did scratch front (bottom) of VW Arteon no hand soap - take your own:) only 2 key cards to room - might be useful for group of eight to have more cards
