  Liked: We loved our stay here! It utterly exceeded our expectations! The staff are so accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was just what we needed (continental with boiled egg)- the kids loved the choice (and chocolate milk!). The evening meals were so hearty and accommodated easily for my allergies. The kids haven't eaten a burger or pasta all holiday and loved trying new meals! The room was so clean! The kids loved the little playroom for chill out. The ski boot room was a great size. And the lifts and pistes were so accessible. A 5min walk to the nearest tbar, where you can meander into town. It's possible to come back on blues (11) to the same start point, or on an easy red (78) to the hotel next to the guest house. The ski bus stops outside. Thank you. We really hope to be back in summer one year.

  Clean and cosy stay with awesome staff that will make your ski vacation perfect

  Liked: Everything was good as it was shown on the pictures. Also you can count on everything mentioned in descriptions and all the staff was really nice and helpful. Everything was very clean all the time and room was maintained every day.

  Disappointing

  Liked: Tauern Spa Therme were great.

  Disliked: The room was in terrible condition: peeling paint, loose door handles, and even mold on the shower window. Overall, it felt like a crumbling space with white paint poorly covering old furniture. The bed linen had holes, though at least the staff replaced it – thanks for that. Breakfast was okay but lacked any sweets. Dinner was barely edible, especially on “pizza night” – a frozen one from Lidl would have been better. We ended up just eating salad and dessert. On top of that, there’s an extra parking fee if you book through Booking instead of directly. We are regular in Hinterglemm and in that price range any other option would be better.
