  Excellent place for a perfect vacation

  Liked: Beautiful apartment, fully equipped with everything you need. Nice and quiet location, protected from the noisy city life, directly on the slope, which makes it very convenient and pleasant. Excellent service, the host is very kind and makes everything possible for the guests to fulfill their needs. The negative reviews related to service given by others come from the fact that the direct contact is at the nearby hotel Elisabeth, and there at the reception the lady was really unfriendly and not customer oriented at all. She had no interest in helping, her only scope was to get rid of you as fast as possible. In case of any issues, best is to call the telefon number from the vist card or the website there you land to the right person and you will receive excellent service

  Disliked: People should be advised that in case of issues to call, not to go to the reception of hotel Elisabeth, as there they are not customer oriented at all. The shower in the sauna could be checked more often to avoid stucked water flow.

  The host and the service were very bad but the place itself and the amenities were amazing!

  Disliked: anti-Semitic host-clerk. Every time we went in to talk to them it looked like they're doing us the biggest favor by talking to us. the sauna didn't work one day. The sauna closes very early. They never responded to my questions and messages. I had to figure out everything by myself.

  Perfect stay for a group ski trip. Would also be great in the summer months with the large outdoor terrace

  Liked: Great location, easy check in, comfortable beds, very clean, great kitchen full of lots of amenities including coffee machine, food processor.

  Disliked: Property didn’t have hand soap in bathrooms or kitchen or dishcloths supplied.

  Lovely apartment, good for family or group of friends

  Liked: Almost everything, clean, big room, nice kitchen, nice sauna, close to the slope…

  Disliked: They put the door key in another property which it’s closed, took us almost one hour in a cold snow evening time to figure out how to open the door
