Liked: The hotel itself is cozy, location is brilliant! However not all the staff were nice. Spa area was quite small and the pool was a bit cold. But it’s all fine except of their changes for dog. Only after check out we had a bill of 30€ for a dog. It is a ridiculous price as we didn’t have anything for a pet. No treats, bags, blanket or AT LEAST BOWL. If you charge please provide at least something. We are traveling across Europe for 2 weeks and this was the highest rate for a dog, which is not even noted anywhere. Nothing was added for that price. So i would not travel their with a pet as it is not worth it. So many better places without attitude.

Liked: I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The food was also very good. Breakfast was especially impressive—rich, varied, and offering plenty of options to suit different tastes. In the evening, we dined at the hotel’s restaurant, where I highly recommend trying the beef soup and the steak. Both dishes were delicious and well-prepared. The spa and pool area exceeded my expectations and provided a perfect place to relax. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would gladly recommend to others.

Liked: Great family-run hotel. Warm, clean, and very well maintained. The location is excellent, right at the junction of two main blue slopes. The breakfast offers a good variety of local products, and there is also an option for a quality à la carte dinner. The spa is excellent and a great way to relax after skiing. The staff is friendly, efficient, and speaks English well.

Liked: The location made it a true ski in ski out venue. Matthias along with his family and staff were friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure any request, large or small was attended to quickly and efficiently with a great big smile. The after skiing facilities just added the little touches of pampering which added to the overall prefect venue. The food was typically Austrian cuisine from large breakfast with lots of bottomless coffee which was awesome. Lunch perfect and dinner, oh my god. Such large serves after a hard day on the slopes. The staff ensured that your beer or wine was always topped up if you wanted.

    Disliked: None.
