  Liked: Exceptional experience from start to finish! Everything was absolutely perfect! The service, cleanliness, comfort, atmosphere, and attention to detail were all at the highest level. The staff were wonderful, welcoming, and always ready to help. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay!

  Lost the special touch, nothing special now

  Liked: Location is great. Close to cable car. Beautiful area

  Disliked: We have been many times to the secret, this was first time after new ownership. The secret is still a nice hotel but clearly lost the special touch it used to have. Lots of little touches are gone. It is not special anymore, just a typical 4 star with worse breakfast than before (it was simply great), no towels or nice tea in the sauna and with cold pool so you can't spend there more than a few minutes. A clear downgrade from what it used to be. Checkout also is at 10, so makes Sunday morning too rushed for an Alpine Hotel. We also hada fire alarm at 3am and no apologies at all. Terrible night sleep when you are looking for relax. In summary, it was one of our top hotels in the Alps. Now it is just a pretty normal hotel, not worth the money.

  Not 100% good value for the money, but had a vety nice stay

  Liked: Great location, great staff, very good breakfast selection.

  Disliked: The housekeeping staff appeared to lack commitment to their responsibilities. The apartment was in a rather worn condition.
