  Excellent location, beautiful views and truly exceptional hospitality

  Liked: The location is excellent, close to the river, restaurants, supermarkets and the mountain gondola, with a beautiful view. However, the outstanding management and customer service were the real highlight of our stay. We had booked a second apartment for our children, but they were unable to join us. Although the reservation was non-refundable, the owners kindly relisted the apartment and refunded us after it was rented again. They also arranged an iron when we requested one and were very accommodating with both early check-in and late check-out. Their kindness, flexibility and professionalism made our stay especially comfortable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Apart Reinstadler to anyone visiting Sölden.

  Disliked: Everything was excellent. The only improvement we would suggest is providing a washing machine or shared laundry facilities for guests, especially for longer stays.

  Very nice stay; many thanks!

  Liked: Very clean and comfortable, and apartment well equipped. Location also excellent and owners very friendly and flexible!

  Disliked: Would have loved a sauna after a long day in the mountains; also a sofa area would be nice, but this is no complaint.

  We really enjoyed our stay as everything was so convenient and the kitchen was well equipped

  Liked: Location was excellent. Next to the lift.

  Disliked: The apt was very comfortable and the parking was just in front of the door. Ski storage and boot warmer was located very conveniently.
