  Am returning to this place in the future

  Liked: Wonderful place and experience. With the trails starting right at the resort the place is ideal for hiking.

  Disliked: No breakfast restaurant. Breakfast is delivered to your doorstep depending on your choices the day before. I like to get inspired at a buffet. However, the delivered breakfast was wonderful.

  Some nice views but bad service

  Liked: Very nice views and some high quality appliances in the rooms. Seems like a good place for students to have cheap parties I.e there were people doing backflips off the balconies while we were there.

  Disliked: The service was low quality. I received at least four messages including “???” from the host who really wanted to know what exact time we were checking in. The checkout and indeed the entire front desk was only open in the morning. We had to check out by 9:30 am or pay a 20 euro fine. We booked the property because we were told that the restaurant would be open and that they would have a party there on Saturday. The hotel decided to shut the restaurant down before we got there which meant we had to walk 24 minutes to get down the hill to the next closest restaurant. The walls were very thin and we could easily hear our neighbors through the wall, etc.

  Liked: Very nice place with fantastic wellness area with stunning view from the pool

  Disliked: Located in very high place with absolutely nothing around. You have to walk for 1,5km down to eat anything because after 15:00 there is nothing to eat locally. There are taxis but they cost 22 euros each way 😞

  Liked: The property was gorgeous, and the staff were extremely helpful. Beautiful and modern, yet super cozy.

  Disliked: Due to the time of year, there was no public bus running from the hotel to town, and taxi’s were €20 each way which was expensive. Clearer advertising and accessibility of a courtesy bus would have boosted my rating to a 10.

  Liked: Excellent accommodation. Studio room with kitchenette, perfect for my style of travel. Modern and stylish, great breed, fantastic shower / bathroom, external balcony, high end appliances in kitchen for breakfast and daytime snack making. A great price too for a Summer stay I extended my overnighter by three more days. A great bonus was the free Summer Guest Card giving fee less access to local Gondolas, public transport and pools as well as discounts on other experiences. Property situated on valley side in a stunning location surrounded by mountains. Great comms by the team here too. I've not had a chance to check out the pool and other free wellness facilities. Highly recommended. Note also that many of the pics on Google Maps appear to be prior to the new modern building on site.
