Exceptional
Still a nice overnight stay
Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful. Spa area also a treat.
Disliked: Room was next to a water canal, which was utterly loud. Also the lady at the bar didn’t seem to be too motivated and no crisps or nuts seemed to be possible to provide
Great place in center of town
Liked: Nice room Clean Good breakfast Close to the cable cars Access to free pass
Liked: Very good location, transport to both cable cars available from 8:30 to 11am. One of the ski piste finished 50m from the hotel which is very convenient. The restaurant is one of the best in the town.
Disliked: I was expecting a little bit more modern room although it was big and had everything needed except for coffee machine. In the spa centre everything except the steam bath wasn’t very hot and didn’t quite match our expectations.
Liked: Amazing hotel with a really good breakfast.

Perfect place with an amazing young receptionist and good SPA
Liked: Young resectionist, she is so kind and pretty.
