  Excellent hotel in a great position in the town and I would book again

  Liked: The hotel was very nicely furnished and the staff were amazing. The chefs and dining room staff went above and beyond to look after us and were very helpful as one of us was gluten free.

  Disliked: The beds were very good but a little small and hard for me.

  Great overall ski hotel walking distance to the gondola

  Liked: Central location, great food, very clean and comfortable rooms. Swimming pool and various saunas were great for after skiing. The grizzly sports ski rental right under the hotel with very good prices and great quality gear. And the grizzly bar right next to the hotel was great for drinks for a relaxed apres ski evening.

  Disliked: Almost nothing, maybe just a one or two no-nonsense, direct talking employees that weren’t that friendly. But really just an exception to the rule:)

  Luxury and convenience

  Liked: lovely spaceous rooms, nice balcony. Good selection in the restaurant with really friendly staff. brilliant with the ski rental right next door

  Disliked: The spa is oaky - but with the many families staying at the hotel you loose the relaxing feeling. Maybe also drop the naked in the sauna requirement... many guests find that a challenge,
