  Really enjoyed the stay overall and had a good time there

  Liked: Liked the staff, bar and breakfast/meal room.

  Disliked: The spa needed to be open longer - a morning option. Also the red wine list could be bigger.

  Good hotel if don't care of what you eat

  Liked: Shuttle service, spa, room service.

  Disliked: Food. Breakfast: Extremely repetitive—unchanged for 7 consecutive days with a very limited selection. Hot water for tea runs out quickly every morning. By the end of the stay, I couldn’t even look at the sausages and omelet anymore. For the record, the omelet isn’t made from fresh eggs. Dinner: The food quality was disappointing, as if prepared by inexperienced students. There were no options to choose from, and the ingredients seemed mediocre. I’d personally recommend avoiding it altogether—better to eat pizza every day or explore the fantastic restaurants in the city instead. Service: Despite the disappointing food, the service was excellent and deserves appreciation.

  Below expectations. Refund owed for no heat and no hot water

  Liked: Facilities were new and clean. Staff were lovely, in particular Taelor, Christian and Rebekah.

  Disliked: Two nights without heat in one of our rooms. Unacceptable. Three nights with cold showers. Unacceptable. Safe didn’t work despite them indicating it would be fixed 3 days in a row. Breakfast very very plain, same every day, bacon cooked til it crumbled. Dinners were 3 star at best. Sat buffet raw chicken served.
