  Great staff. Clean, modern, easy access

  Liked: Location is easy access from bus, rental and lift.

  Disliked: Wish breakfast (or coffee) opened at 7, instead of 7:30.

  Really enjoyed a majority of the food, the hotel, the location. Just the breakfast and last day!

  Liked: The spa was great and the service was brilliant

  Disliked: The breakfast eggs were not very good, they are a bit dry. Leaving day, not being allowed in the spa was very poor.

  You won’t regret your decision to stay in this superb hotel

  Liked: One of the best located properties in st Anton’s. big modern rooms with lots of natural timber and stone. Ski in ski out facility just steps to a gondola. Great food. The restaurant staff were amazing. We stayed there when it was first built and retuned to find it looking as new with the same great food and service the wellness centre and spa is complimentary and is superb\ sublime

  Disliked: The restaurant and room staff were so friendly efficient and helpful. the reception staff weren’t so much. It was like it was their first day and didn’t know how to do anything. They seemed vague about everything we asked. We had 4 rooms. I asked if the cost of the ski passes for my daughter’s room could be put on my account. When I went to check out they had put all charges (passes, food, massages ) for all 4 rooms on my account. Ok these misunderstandings happen but the receptionist said it’s too hard for me to transfer the costs to correct account and don’t know how to do it - can’t i just pay and sort it with the other guests. I did that, but personally I think she was just being lazy. But don’t let that deter you - it’s one of the best ski resorts I’ve stayed in

  Perfect value for money family ski hotel

  Liked: Really well designed modern ski hotel with location right next to the Nasserein lift which gives immediate access to the slopes - a great roof pool and spa and the friendliest staff
