Liked: A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially the lovely lady at reception, whose kindness and professionalism were outstanding. We had to check out a day earlier than planned, and without hesitation, they generously refunded us the full amount for the unused night. This thoughtful gesture speaks volumes about their genuine care for their guests. Hospitality at its finest! Highly recommended, and we would happily return!
Disliked: As a small suggestion for improvement, providing slippers in the rooms and slightly larger bed sheets would make the stay even more comfortable. These are minor details that would further enhance an otherwise wonderful experience.The breakfast could benefit from some improvements, particularly in terms of variety and selection, to better complement the hotel’s otherwise excellent hospitality and overall guest experience.
Liked: The hotel boasts a great location, and the restaurant offers really delicious food. Apart from the serious privacy‑safety incident, the property does have its merits.
Disliked: We stayed at this hotel. At around 9 o’clock in the morning, I had just undressed and was about to go to the bathroom to take a shower, while my companion was still sleeping in bed. Suddenly, someone unlocked our room door from the outside and pushed it open. I am certain that the staff member saw me. I shouted out loud, and the person immediately closed the door and left. It was clearly hotel staff using a key to enter our room without prior notice. This is an extremely serious violation of guest privacy and personal safety. Hotel staff should never enter a guest’s room without confirmation and proper warning. This incident was deeply upsetting and traumatic. We strongly condemn this reckless and irresponsible behaviour.
