  I want to thank the hotel owners for solving the problem as soon as was possible and saving the situation

  Liked: The beach is wonderful, best on Wörtersee, the breakfast was very delicious and varied, the hotel itself and the terrace of brasserie was also very beautiful.

  Disliked: Some of the stuff (not all) was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional. I didn’t expect this level of service in the place like this. We were given the room with broken beds and our first night of the long-awaited rest was ruined. Also it turned out that we were settled not in the main building on the first line, and had to go to the beach crossing the parking.

  A fabulous hotel for a luxurious and relaxing family break

  Liked: Exceptional location, the hotel has a lovely vibe, and great garden and deck areas for relaxing in front of the lake. Breakfast was incredible. Plenty to do if you tire of relaxing - bikes can be borrowed for free, there is a fun (challenging /frustrating!) mini golf course (also included) as well as (paid) water activities.

  Disliked: Austrians smoke a lot - smoking is allowed when dining outdoors, including at the hotel. The sumptuous breakfast was slightly less enjoyable surrounded by the smell of cigarette smoke.

  The Perfect Balance of Elegance and Comfort

  Liked: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Seehotel Europa! The location right on Lake Wörth is unbeatable—waking up to those panoramic lake views and having direct access to the private beach and sunbathing lawn made my trip truly special. My loft room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. Snacking by the water was another highlight (Beachbar Portofino) —the breakfast spread was generous and fresh; I think it is one of the most fabulous breakfast experiences across the lake. Above all, the staff made a lasting impression with their genuine warmth and attentive service throughout my stay. (Peter turned out to be also a talented photographer). If you are looking for a top-tier lake getaway in Velden, Seehotel Europa is hard to beat. Kudos to the much respected Family Wrann! See you next summer!

  Disaster

  Liked: The beach club

  Disliked: Our stay at Seehotel Europa was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Throughout the night, the guests in the room next to us were extremely loud, drinking, shouting, and we could clearly hear intimate activity through the walls. As a family with a young child, this made it impossible to sleep. There were also loud fireworks after 10 pm which only distressed our baby. our son cried during the night due to loud noise and fireworks, & in the morning the same neighboring guests in 242 aggressively kicked our door many times to ask us to keep our son quiet who is 20 months old. This was intimidating and completely unacceptable. We immediately reported this to the reception, expecting the hotel to ensure the safety and comfort of its guests. Unfortunately, the staff failed to handle the situation appropriately, and no effective action was taken. And said “ the guests must make some work calls so they are asking you to keep the baby quiet. And we didn’t see them kicking your door “ We felt completely unsupported and unsafe and we are now asking for cctv footage to take legal support about this situation. To make matters worse, both of us experienced allergic reactions during the night while sleeping, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. A hotel has a responsibility to provide a safe and peaceful environment for its guests. Instead, we spent the night feeling frightened, exhausted, and ignored. The way this serious incident was handled fell far below the standard we expected. We are deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.Never again!!!

  Relaxing short break

  Liked: For me the choice of Seehotel Europa was because of its location - comfortable walking distance to the centre of Velden - to enjoy the atmosphere, directly at the lake with large garden and equipped private beach. Didn't regret, besides I also enjoyed the tasty cuisine of hotel's restaurant. My room was cosy, light, I enjoyed a nice lake view from my balcony. The bathroom was pretty comfortable for a single room and I liked the wallpaper there. Exceptionally thick bed mattress! The nice surprise was only 10-minute walking distance (with luggage) to the train station in Velden. Would gladly return!
