It was not a very nice experience at all

Liked: The property was kinda clean though I saw some spider webs in my room but generally clean

Disliked: I tried calling for assistance but they didn’t pick up they said call between 8am-20:00pm but I called at 19:00 they didn’t pick up I call like 5 times no one picked up. I called because tv remote batteries were not rusty and old so they didn’t work and so the tv didn’t turn on i was so pissed they never got back to me till now.

Liked: For the price it was pretty fair, for 1 or 2 nights fully ok

Disliked: Little privacy due to the toilette "in the room", shower water ran into the whole bathroom

  Check-In nightmare

Liked: The location was convenient for our needs, and the property was clean once we finally gained access.

Disliked: The check-in process was a nightmare. We arrived at 1:30 AM and the machine failed to provide our room code; the paper got jammed inside, and the screen then froze entirely. We were stranded in the lobby for nearly an hour. We tried calling both provided emergency numbers multiple times, but no one answered because it was outside "working hours"—which defeats the purpose of an emergency contact for a self check-in hotel. We eventually had to sit on the floor to realise that there is something stuck inside and use our fingernails to get the jammed paper out of the machine. To make matters worse, management offered no apology the next morning, dismissively stating the machine was working then. Extremely poor communication and zero accountability.
