Liked: Location and property were good
Disliked: We were constantly harrased by a representative of the house who lives opposite. The lady verbally abused my mother, my son and myself on various occasions, then called her son who threatened me on the property. She was constantly in our garden. My mother was crying the whole night and was terrified to go out of the property. The lady told me I should go back home which was nothing short of racism. I have written to the owner of the property, they were both patronising to me when I complained. I have NEVER in all my years of travel experienced such contempt for us all. It was truly terrible. We left the property 3 days early and booked another hotel via booking.com. I am extremely unhappy. It completely ruined my visit to see my first grandchild and my sons 18 th birthday celebration
