Liked: Excellent breakfast with a great variety of options. We were given a lovely, spacious, and clean room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families with children.
Disliked: We checked in late at night, around midnight between October 11 and 12, 2026. We were travelling from Rome back to Poland with our two children, aged 6 and 7. Unfortunately, the receptionist was very formal during check-in and insisted on clarifying the exact spelling of our registered address. After such a long journey, arriving exhausted with two young children in the middle of the night, we would have appreciated a more flexible and welcoming approach. In my opinion, administrative details like these could have been completed at check-out instead, allowing guests to settle into their rooms more quickly and comfortably.

Liked: The staff was so helpful and they helped us get dry after coming by motorbike during a storm. They are extremely nice. The rooms are comfy and the hotel is in the city center in front of the train station
Disliked: It's hard to find something that wasn't ok. It wasn't a very modern hotel but it doesn't matter.
Convenient location, clean, quiet, good breakfast

Disliked: I booked double room. Two single beds were put together, but separated overnight.
