Liked: The location and self check in
Disliked: The kitchen was equipped with only a limited selection of utensils, which made cooking somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, there was no mosquito net. Unfortunately, I was bitten by something during my stay and experienced an allergic reaction. While I cannot say for certain what caused it, I was concerned that it may have been a bed bug. I hope the property management will investigate this issue to ensure future guests have a more comfortable and safe stay.
The stairs were wide and we could easily carry our luggage to the 2nd floor. The view: incredible! Checking in, smooth
Liked: It was minimalistic, but very well equipped. Exactly what a traveller needs. No clutter, lots of space
Great little studio, fantastic location, very clean.The only down side was the communication
Liked: Everything!!! It would have been better if it had aircon. We were there during a heatwave.
Disliked: The communication from the management. Everything is via AI. The management is based in Germany. They didn’t provide the Villach mobility card, they had no idea what it was!
Excellent all round
Liked: Easy to access and it was very clean, the layout was great especially having the adjustable TV on the wall. Lots of great facilities too such as coffee machine, plenty of towels and especially the hair dryer which isn't always a given. Great location
Disliked: Not much! It said there was a bottle of fresh water in the fridge but it wasn't there.
Liked: Apartment was clean, cosy, close to center of town, geographically close to Slovenia etc
Disliked: The code was incorrect to get in the building, so I rang customer service and when I asked them to stay on the line for 30 seconds so we could be sure the room code was correct, I had the feeling it was not appreciated/somehow that we were distracting the colleague from other business/that we were very annoying. If the front door code was given to us incorrect, it's right that we are concerned about the next code. The apartment still has a lot of signs from Corona 2020 advising about those hygiene and distancing practices, felt a bit like stepping back in time.
Short stay in Villach
Liked: A very comfortable and compact apartment with most amenities we needed for our short stay. The property is in easy walking distance of the centre of Villach and the railway station. Check-in was straightforward and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. We enjoyed our stay, although it was brief. Communication with the owners was very good.
Disliked: It was all OK for us
