Disliked: We only ended up here because our connecting train from Villach Hbf to Ljubljana was cancelled late in the evening. What should have been a simple overnight stay turned into a stressful ordeal. There is no reception, no front desk, and no clear signage with the property name. The contact number in the booking app kept failing to connect, and for a while we genuinely feared we’d be stuck outside all night. After the app help we were given a vintage keybox code — opening that box was needlessly difficult and frustrating, especially so late. The apartment has basic amenities, but the lighting and voltage were so poor that the place felt dim, gloomy, and almost haunted. We got through the night and left as early as possible the next morning. To top it off, they charged us a €50 cleaning fee. After the stress of access, the poor communication, and the overall experience, that charge felt completely unfair. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Only book it if you have absolutely no other option.The lack of proper communication, difficult key access, and the cleaning fee make it more trouble than it’s worth. Also stopped booking in this app after that.

Apartment is amazing - Forget any support from host He/she is unreachable
Liked: Apartment on top most floor was good but getting the lift work again would be great. The location is at its best, close to central station and right beside the river. The kitchen was cool with all the needful.
Disliked: It was luck that there was some other person who knew the host to get us the key, without him we were not able to check in because we did not have lockbox code and primarly the contact number was not being answered by the host. Even the wifi for work purpose was unavailable and contacting and messaging on booking.com did not get us any close to the host in solving our problem.
