Liked: The accommodation itself was okay and looked just like in the pictures. The location was excellent, but unfortunately, there were a few issues: There wasn’t a single fork or spoon in the apartment. We informed them about this and expected them to bring some, especially after they said they would check with their team. Unfortunately, after that, we never heard back from them. There is a small terrace/courtyard area accessible from the bedroom, and unfortunately, a lot of mosquitoes were getting inside. You couldn’t leave the door open even for a few seconds. On the first night, I couldn’t sleep because of the mosquitoes. I killed around 9 mosquitoes within 10 minutes. They really need to install a mosquito net on the door to prevent this from happening. The air conditioning was not cooling the apartment sufficiently. The temperature was quite high for that period in Antwerp, and the apartment was genuinely warm. Perhaps there was an issue with the AC system, but it definitely needs to be checked. Overall, the accommodation was okay and in a great location, but these issues should be addressed.

  Nice neighbourhood

Liked: Comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Great base for exploring Antwerp museums and restaurants.

Disliked: The curtain in the bedroom has gone missing. There is enough privacy, but there's light coming through the window. Owner says he'll get new curtains installed.

  Nicely located, but not pleasant

Liked: The location of the apartment is amazing: most locations in the city center can be easily reached by foot, plenty of restaurants around. The check-in/check-out process was very easy and flexible.

Disliked: The apartment was not very clean. Contacted the host about it, who turned out to be not so available, and the issue was not resolved. Another thing, the apartment is nicely furnished and equipped, but not practical, for ex. no light switch that can be reached from the bed, no electricity sockets to charge the phone during the night that can be easily reached (they are on the other side), no curtains in the bedroom, etc.
