I had a very unpleasant time, and nobody of the staff was there during night

Liked: The location works good, as it is in front of the terminal. The bed was ok and the staff that did my check in were very polite.

Disliked: The room was dirty, someone has been smoking inside for days. The bathroom was dirty as well and full of things of men. They placed me in a mixed room but didn't take into any consideration that I was an only woman with 4 guys with no conduct.

Liked: The location was perfect 30 seconds from the beautiful Antwerp central train station perfect for all the city centre

Disliked: check in was a lengthy process which took over 20 minutes even though i was 3 rd in line, only 1 lift working which you'd have to wait 3/5 minutes for, the staircase and stairs were filthy and dusty, paint peeling off the walls, had the lifts been working i wouldn't of seen the stairwell
