Excellent location and value for money!

Liked: The location was superb! The room was very comfortable and came with a converter for our Canadian plugs which was lovely. The whole space was very cute!

Disliked: We requested a cleaning, and the bed was barely made and the garbage had not been taken out and no replacement for toilet paper was provided even though we were in need.

    Horrible

    Liked: Location

Disliked: The room was extremely small and extremely noisy. You could literally hear people talking in the hallway, as well as loud music coming from the entrance. As this is a self-check-in property with no staff on site, I had to phone the hotel to ask them to turn the music down, as I had been travelling and desperately needed to sleep. Despite my request, it took approximately five hours before the music was finally turned down. Unfortunately, the noise did not stop there. Throughout the night, I was repeatedly woken up by a loud buzzing sound every time someone opened the entrance door. People were coming in and out in the middle of the night, making it virtually impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. The bathroom was also dirty and in poor condition, with parts of it appearing to be literally falling apart. Overall, the room was far too small for the quality and price of the accommodation. I paid €140 for this room, which is completely unreasonable given the condition and the level of noise. I contacted the property afterwards to request a refund or compensation, but they refused to compensate me and the situation has not been resolved. Based on my experience, I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The combination of the noise, poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, extremely small room and lack of customer service made this a very disappointing stay.

Liked: Price is relatively cheap. Close to one of the train stations and not too far of a walk to the old town.

Disliked: Room is very small. The auto check-in process is kind of annoying. There was some sort of alarm going off during our stay in the morning and it lasted quite a while without anyone able to figure out what happened. We weren’t offered any explanation too!

Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience. Despite clearly messaging the hotel, our beds were not made, and the extremely loud fire alarm went off repeatedly every single day for no apparent reason (including last day early morning at 6 am ) What was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability from the hotel for the repeated inconvenience. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better service and basic consideration towards its guests.
