Hidden Gem in a Diamond City of Antwerp in Europe

Liked: Excellent location & ambience along with cheerful surrounding atmosphere of party culture. Nice & perfect Management by the staff, reasonable rates, Full value of Money. I will be happy to visit again & again whenever in Europe at Antwerp City Hostel. It's like a hidden Gem of a Diamond City of Antwerp in a Europe.

My stay was a peaceful moment and had I known earlier could have booked to stay at Antwerp City Host

Liked: Breakfast was extremily continental and standard, Mixing men and women in hostel is not good environment. Ladies should have seperate from men. It was not friendly to share a bankie bed with a male counterpart.

  Disliked: Breakfast and services

Disliked: Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Antwerp City Hostel in Antwerp, Belgium. I had originally booked a stay of more than one week. Unfortunately, after spending only one night at your hostel, I was forced to cancel the remainder of my reservation and move to another accommodation, as the conditions were simply unacceptable. My main concerns were as follows: 1. Cleanliness: The standard of cleanliness in the rooms and shared areas fell well below what I would expect from any accommodation. 2. Unpleasant odors: There were persistent, strong, and unpleasant smells throughout the property, which made it very uncomfortable to stay and sleep there. 3. Service: The level of customer service was poor and did not meet basic hospitality standards. My concerns were not addressed in a satisfactory or professional manner. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hostel, particularly to first-time visitors to Antwerp, who may be left with a very negative first impression of the city. Given that I was unable to use the remaining nights of my booking due to these issues, I kindly request that you review my case and consider a refund for the unused nights. I would also appreciate a written response outlining the steps you plan to take to improve the conditions at your hostel. I look forward to your reply t
