  Good value for money

  Liked: the location was central and closed to shops, train station and public transport

  Disliked: The bed was twin beds instead of double bed advertised.

  Spacious

  Liked: Parking facilities very good. Staff were friendly. We had plenty of space in the rooms and they tried to meet our requests when assigning rooms. Breakfast was fine...nothing special but plenty to fill you up in and enough choice. Firm mattresses and lots of tv channel choices. Only a short walk to central station or bus and tram stops.

  Disliked: Having to take own bins out under threat of a €50 extra cleaning fee. Emptying bins should be a given for house keeping. Room space is great but as a family room the choices of hard materials of tables and sharp edges not great for small children but perfectly fine for those not toddling about. Also description said sockets child protected but the many sockets weren't. Also knives in the kitchen placed in low cupboards so dangerous for young exploring hands. These are minor things and really only relevant concerns for those with toddlers. Corridors need a new lick of paint. They look like they haven't seen a renovation for many years.

  Liked: Very spacious room. The kitchen facilities in the room were useful. The staff were friendly.

  Disliked: I couldn't find a switch to turn off the light in the bathroom, so I had to shut that door at night to keep it dark in the room.

  Liked: Nice spacious apartment

  Disliked: The smell was terrible - smelled like the sewer. Not sure if it came from outside the room or inside. This would have otherwise been a pleasant stay.

  Liked: Staff was helpful responding to question before arrival. Also very helpful when I asked for a few more items like kettle, extra pillows, bringing missing chair etc. Also asked to have a room on the quieter side of the building which was helpful. The room was suitable for two people with the basics available in the kitchen.

  Disliked: Reception closes at 5:30, so help is limited after that. I needed coins to use washing machines and had to wait the next day for reception to open. Carpets in our room looked worn out.

Please note that the reception is open from 08:00 until 17:30. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours need a code to access the night entrance via our code lock. Inside the night entrance they can use the self check-in kiosk.
