  Short but sweet

  Liked: Location and facilities.

  Excellent luxurious hide away in the hustle and bustle of Antwerp

  Liked: The location, the valet parking, the spa!

  Disliked: -We had to wait a long time for check in. There was only one counter staffed. Also the check in procedure took a long time. Eg. no simple scan of your passport but manually entering all numbers and details… -To go to the lovely spa, you have to go via the busy check in corridor and arrivals hallway. This is a bit awkward in your bathrobe. -The breakfast room was super busy and cramped.

  Disliked: Everything Overpriced Inexperienced staff at reception, inneficient check in, Set up of lobby, Small and dark bedroom, one shower in a "deluxe room" at 515/night without breakfast (+100) Vallet parking at 65/night where nearby inside parking costs 25 Spread out buildings with public road crossing the hotel + hospital Access of outsiders to pool facility (swimming class given at 7pm filling the whole pool) and restaurants closed or full with no space reserved for guests, not acceptable for the room price

  wonderful place for a short city trip!

  Liked: Breakfast was great, large buffet and lots of a la carte options. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Cosy bar. Wonderful restaurant Bar Bulot, good food and service! Close to down town.

  Disliked: I liked everything, maybe the breakfast a bit too pricy!
