  Unsafe, smelly and not as described

  Liked: The location was great, right outside central station.

  Disliked: The smelt very bad from the take away below. The sheets were stained and hall way was dark and unsafe. We did not stay here in the end and had no communication from the owner so we had to pay more money to stay elsewhere. Absolutely awful experience!

  Liked: The location was very close to the city centre.

  Disliked: The room is nice and well-maintained, but the building itself is very unattractive and you can really smell the restaurant next door. There’s a street lamp outside the window that shines straight into the room, and the street is quite busy – though that’s to be expected in this part of town. All the towels had an unpleasant smell. And worst of all, even after 10 requests (via text message, email and Booking.com), the accommodation still didn’t issue me with an invoice.

  Disliked: Where to start? The apartment was dirty and smelled horribly!!!! We had to buy bleach ourselves to clean the bathroom because it was nasty! The toilet seat was broken, the toilet paper was wet and we had to buy new one. There was electric shock hazard on multiple levels. Broken light in the hall, that was on the eyelevel when we entered the apartment. The smell from the restaurants downstairs was horrific. Also the smell in the apartment was incredibly musty. It was as if the windows were never opened and everything was humid. And it was very cold and the radiators nor the thermostat didn't work. The whole place was super dusty. We asked for new towels, because the ones we got were disgustingly musty but we never got a reply. I messaged the owner on booking and on whatsapp and no reply. Horrible customer service. Also, we had to leave the dishes cleaned because there was a 50€ fee if we didn't. But when we came in, the glasses in the cupboards had lipstick stains on them. Disgusting! For 200€ a night I expected at least a clean apartment that didn't stink. Oh, and the stairs to the apartment are super steep and narrow and the light is not available all the way up. Dangerous

  it was really bad, don‘t do it

  Disliked: -the ownet did not answer us - Missing Hairdryer - missing balcony - Bedroom and livingroom are not separated - Broken toiletseat - Not working Extractor hood - Electric shocks when turning off the Shower or changing the heat, electric shocks from the sink in the kitchen - Missing remote of the tv - Bad smell coming from the staircase - Stained and broken bedsheeds - really bad WIFI which sometimes disappears

  Liked: The apartment was very nice and was clean. Decorated nicely

  Disliked: Lots of very steep narrow stairs. I was told it was the third floor, but in the US it’s called the 4th floor and each floor has 2 flights of stairs. The hallways were not well lit, and not very clean, and when I approached the door, the lock was loose. I went in and the apartment was nice, but very warm, above a restaurant. I wasn’t happy, and didn’t want to deal with that many stairs and was uncomfortable with the lock. The owner did say he would send someone over, but I was already unhappy. Oh, and no air conditioning. I left. I did not get any kind of refund.
