    Charming suite with lovely hosts!

Liked: We stayed in the suite and had a exceptional time! It really is a big suite with room enough to even fit 4 people. And the interior design perfectly matches, the smaller antique pieces with the new furniture and some small little details like the old 19 century spoons, well done! A nice and full breakfast was served by this sweet and enthousiastic future owner of the house:)

    Light touch hospitality

Liked: The building is beautiful and on a road of stunning art nouveau mansions. The neighbourhood is nice.

Disliked: The furnishings were of poor quality. Towels were old and tatty - not suitable for paying guests. Minimal toiletries. No coffee machine - sachets of instant. Cutlery limited and ancient. We had to ask for teabags and to explain why we needed more than one type of tea. On arrival, we had to ask for coat hangers for the wardrobes. There is no room service. We had to ask for the rubbish to be removed. The owner did not give us any information about the city or the neighbourhood, even though we asked. It felt like the owners are not professionals in hospitality.

Good location but service too rigid and insufficient

Liked: Location in beautiful street with good tram 11 connection

Disliked: Room wasn’t refreshed after first night nor was bed made, towels not refreshed, had to look ourselves in corridor cabinet for new toilet roll, used cups not replaced, water in cool box not replenished. Basic breakfast with limited choice and very strict in timing (comment we were early when arriving 5 minutes ahead of assumed time), city tax asked for cash - no background music in home kitchen so not private

    Absolute gem

Liked: Everything was great, from the warm welcome to the info shared about the neighborhood and the house, which is huge and extraordinarily well kept! I could come and live in the suite for a week so I'll definitely be coming back. And take the nice and full breakfast if you want to know more about the house and the adorable service we got from the next generation host! ☺️

    Disliked: Nothing!
