Clean room, nice staff and perfect stay
Liked: Perfect and clean, staff are very friendly ( Georgia was really nice and her customer service is great), room is clean and smell nice, they have free coffee machine in the room and room was big compared to others with same value

A hotel which reflects Antwerp‘s design flair!
Liked: This hotel has received some weird comments. The decor is minimalist. It’s inspired by MARGIELA, pictures of whom in b/w feature on each bedroom’s wall. Including pics of his collections. The bathroom functions perfectly and the lotions first rate. The reception staff were pleasant and polite, and they allowed us to check in early. The lift is NOT a problem. The bedding is superb. The mattress comfortable. The heating worked. And the location is 2 mins walk from the museum of fashion MOMU. The breakfast in the adjoining cafe was good.
Disliked: I can understand concerns about the reception closing early. We had no problem getting back in. But perhaps this is an issue. Some designer cost hooks in hall way would be good.

Liked: The location is quite good, near shops, pubs etc. Tye room was clean.
Disliked: I arrived around 20 and needed to do the self check-in. Terrible. I was there alone, but a group of boys was also in the room. As I checked in one of them read out loud my room number. Never felt so unsafe in all the years I travelled alone. The room was in the second floor and the wall close to the bed was all window. However, I could not open it as it gives direct access to a parking area. Basically, anyone could enter to the room if I opened the window. There was not space to hang the clothes.. The bed was uncomfortable.
