Liked: The staff were incredibly welcoming. The room exceeded my expectations by a lot and there was plenty of space. The beds were incredibly comfortable and large. Very clean and everything functioned as intended. Clean linen and bathroom supplies were provided. I felt incredibly secure in the hotel and in its surroundings. The nearby tram and bus stations are a huge plus.

Disliked: The air vent in the bathroom made a little noise after a longer shower, but nothing annoying or continuous. Other than that, it was perfect.

Liked: The hotel has a beautiful antique-style ground floor, and great location, close to one of our favourite neighbourhoods. The price is reasonable, making it an attractive option at first glance.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms does not live up to the charm of the common area. The finishing is poor, rooms are quite noisy, bathroom is outdated with an unpleasant smell with the extractor fan not working. The digital room access system stopped working on the second day, and an alarm goes off every time someone enters their room. The emergency exit key in the hallway pointed to our room, what didn’t particularly feel reassuring. The hotel does have potential though!

Nice place, good location. Clean. Friendly staff

Liked: Beautiful hotel, lovely breakfast area. Good location. Rooms can be a bit noisy but they provide good earplugs for who need it. Overall a very nice place.

Disliked: All well. No complaints. Reception only at the day-time. Evening and night time there is no reception, but the instructions are clear and it all works well.
