Great stay in a comfortable room

Liked: This is a great little hotel, located right opposite the Cathedral. The room was surprisingly large and very clean. Bed very good. Reception area is often crowded, but staff are very good. Despite being in the centre of everything, there was no noise in the street.

Disliked: The bathroom is not really private. It is at one end of the room and there is a smoked glass sliding door that covers the toilet, but not the shower part of the bathroom. So there is not really any privacy.

Liked: Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We needed to stay a few hours longer due to my spouse not feeling well, and they were able to make arrangements to help. Location was excellent, as was the breakfast buffet and the view from the room.

Disliked: The bed was a little stiff, but not terrible. The air conditioner didn't seem to be able to flow very well in the room we had. We would have open a window but it was a little loud.
