  Liked: ​I am ultimately glad we did not end up staying in this apartment, but getting to that conclusion was an extremely stressful experience

  Disliked: On the exact day of our booking, the host informed us there was an "electricity issue" in the apartment. Instead of offering a comparable or upgraded solution, they suggested a different apartment that was located far away from the original booking and in very poor condition—yet they still expected us to pay the exact same price. ​The alternative option was completely dirty, neglected, and lacked basic facilities. Because of these unacceptable conditions, we immediately rejected their offer. ​I would not recommend booking with this host, as handling crucial property issues at the very last minute and trying to push guests into substandard, distant alternatives is completely unprofessional

  Liked: The check in was really easy. The hostess communicated really well with us. The place is central between two train stations which is good. The apartment was clean and tidy. Would stay again. We got our deposit back with no issues. I did think this may have been penalised as there were meant to be two keys in box on arrival which we were unaware of and there was only 1 key. The host accepted this. Overall stay was good.

  Liked: We couldn't stay here

  Disliked: This apartment wasn't available due to maintenance. The owner offered an alternative. I asked several times to confirm it was step free but on arrival there were three steps so we couldn't get into the property. We had to find alternative accomodation at 8.30 in the evening.

  Liked: Great spacious apartment. Lots of sleeping options. Very tidy and clean and well appointed.

  Disliked: When we arrived, we didn’t know how to turn the lights on in The stairwell so entered in the dark.

  Cheap for a reason

  Liked: Location was ok but that’s about it

  Disliked: Tbh the beds are just bad bad. The double was just 2 singles pushed together (actual single beds with sides) the matrices were cheap and hard. The rules to get your money back are harsh to the point our neighbours where insanely Loud (coming in at 5am yelling) but you didn’t want to say anything incase the complained. Also you might as well ask them into your apartment as everything they do echos. Also again be aware there is a €200 deposit that you don’t know until you have paid. There was a smell in the whole property(best way to explain like metallic blood smell)
