  Disliked: Accommodation would be fine if it were not for a significant noise issue. There is a music club located in the same building, and loud music could be heard until approximately 3:00 AM. It was not possible to sleep. This information was not mentioned in the accommodation description at the time of booking. After reporting the issue, the request for a refund was refused. If a quiet night's sleep is important to you, I recommend taking this into consideration.

  Do not stay here. It willl ruin your holiday

  Disliked: Most things! When I read the reviews I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but all the reviews were sadly correct. There are 84 steps leading up you the property. Once inside it smelt damp and clearly there is a problem with the drains which became worse after you had a shower. The upstairs room is in a dark attic with very little natural light. I’ve attached a picture of a fibre glass window and plywood floor which looks like it was there to plug a few holes. Not great in the winter in Feb. My children refused to sleep there and we had to convert the sofas in the living room for them to sleep on every night. I couldn’t actually tell if the bedding was washed!!! It certainly didn’t smell like it!! The bedding is old and of really poor quality. The noise from outside was actually quite loud but we were prepared for this as we knew we were in the city centre. Finally I was made to pay the tourist tax and an admin fee on top of this as well as a deposit which they are now not returning because I have been complaining about the condition of the property. I have never left a bad review on booking. Com. This one warrants every word!!

  Disliked: It was very noisy whole night We had to climb 8 set of stairs to reach the apartment which was not mention.only 1 toilet available. Heating was not working. My partner is a heart patient with the cold apartment he starting having chest pain worst night. Heater plug could reach the socket and the host told us to put heater. In the apartment we took there was only one bathroom

  Liked: Spacious rooms, very good your youngsters looking clubs, they are just downstairs

  Disliked: Even though it says the location has parking, there is not. After paying for the accommodation, you are receiving a message that the key code will not be given if the 5£/person will be paid, tourist tax. The parking instructions took us to a very expensive parking 30£ for 6 hours we stayed there. No soap in the toilet.
