  A nice and well furnished room in a central location. Welcoming and helpful staff

  Liked: The property is well maintained. Everything is clean and ready to use. The rooms are equipped and so comfortable.

  Great stay disappointed room was not cleaned when we got back to the room after being out all day

  Liked: The gym on a high floor

  Disliked: Not a smooth experience at all. When we got to our hotel room (at 11pm) the bed for our daughter wasn't set up despite the booking clearly indicating 3 people, and despite the other group staying in another room checking much earlier in the day with reception that it had been set up. When we called reception to ask for a bed we were greeted by a grumpy night manager who offered no apology (apparently the day staffed messed up and it wasn't his responsibility) and explained he couldn't make the bed as he was on his own. Eventually the bed and bed linen came, and we had to make the bed ourselves. When I explained this to the staff in the morning and at check out there was no offer of compensation or even a token gesture. It wasn't the only problem - in the other room where the rest of the group was staying the AC and safe weren't functioning on arrival, and the sauna broke on our second day. I expected better service from a high standing hotel

  Excellent hotel in ideal location. Room maintenance could be improved somewhat

  Liked: Very kind and helpful check-in process. They recognized my World of Hyatt membership and provided additional benefits, which included a later check-out option. Hotel location next to Antwerp Centraal Station was ideal for my purposes.

  Disliked: While most aspects of the room met or exceeded my expecations, there was an issue with the bathroom. The shower head kept detaching from the water line, turning off the shower. Would have been nice to have this maintained and repaired between guests.
