  Amazing!!!

Liked: Amazing location – in a walking distance from all the main sights. Magnificent view to the tower of Cathedral of Our Lady and to City Hall. Amazing feeling waking up with the bells of the Cathedral! Very lovely balcony to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the city. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen amenities – we had everything we needed. Easy check-in/ check-out. Attentive and caring host. I would definitely love to come back.

Liked: Great location, polite and prompt online help. Room was overall nice.

Disliked: Bathroom needs some TLC. Also the room was too hot and the air conditioning next to useless - I think it needs to be cleaned. So we needed the windows open but it was noisy untill about 2am and started getting noisy again from 0600 so not a lot of sleep.

Great location and views, requires improvement

Liked: The location is great, views are great. Had the potential to be good value. Price and availability.

Disliked: Poorly cleaned, lack of attention to details. Opened food left in the fridge from previous tenants (sausage), not what you want when you do not eat meat. And beer and a ton of butter. This was not checked. Did not feel comfortable using fridge as clearly had not been cleaned either. Surfaces not cleaned such as shelf that had cups/glasses on it, visibly dirty, therefore glasses and cups are dirty. Tv remove does not look like it has ever been wiped down. Tea bags available, however, did not appear fully stocked like it had been forgotten during checks. Bedding had visible markings to it. Bathroom showerhead lots of limescale like it is not being regularly cleaned, this is causing shower to be unpleasant as water is not flowing properly because of the limescale. Lack of privacy in bathroom, no curtain. It would be ok if there was no windows on the same level that could see in, but there is. No facility to dry laundry despite having washing machine.

Good for a solo traveler without a heavy luggage

  Liked: There was no breakfast

Disliked: No elevator and the staircase is too narrow and I had a heavy luggage to carry upstairs
