  Disgusting as no one deserves to stay at a place like that!

  Liked: NOTHING!

  Disliked: Everything as follows: - The room was so dirty. Towels had eardirt, pillows had blood drops, curtains had something brown (whi knows what that is), and the chair had yellow stains on it. - In addition to it, someone stole my key during the evening and no one from the hotel helped me! They told me to wait for cleaning person (from 05:00 until 09:00), but then master keys didn't work anyway. They decided not to call locksmith because it'd be too expensive. They sent a handyman but he didn't bring his equipments. Because he thought we (I & cleaning person) were not capable enough to open the door with master keys. I paid for this rat hole for almost 130 Euros and I was only able to stay inside for 30 minutes, during check-in & check-out only (They were able to take me to my room at 12:30, and I had my train at 13:00.). Because of them, my swollen leg (due to an accident this year) got even worse (because of waiting for almost 8 hours to fix the issue which they didn't even suggest a new room to rest). So, I needed to have a physiotherapy now. Even under that situation, they refused to pay my money back. If you like yourself & your loved ones, you shouldn't book this hotel! - Also, booking.com would've helped more with my horrible experience with this acommodation.

  Great location, comfortable bads and good facilities

  Liked: The location is just perfect.

  Disliked: Its a bit noisier than I needed. Not only from the outside (which is a bit expected due to location). More soundproofing will be nice.

  Luxury. What luxury?

  Liked: It's central.

  Disliked: I really struggled to see where the luxury aspect came from in the name? It was ok. Standard really. Definitely not luxury. Hot, noisy, and a pretty uncomfortable bed and pillows.

  We had a very pleasant stay and would definitly decide to stay there again

  Liked: It is a very nice studio, good layout and clean. Perfect location for the buzz of Antwerpen.

  Disliked: Early morning street noise from refuse & vacuum clean truck gave us a early start. We had a minor problem of a tripped electric circuit and a partial blocked sink drain, as maintenance was hard to come by, we resolved it on our own with the help of the cleaning lady to locate the fuse panel. More towel hooks in the bathroom would be helpful. Instructions for that complicated Nespresso coffee maker and the IR cook plate would also be helpful

  Liked: Everything was nice and clean, lots of space and it was comfortable.

  Disliked: It was noisy outside, so it was hard to sleep. It was also a bit hot and something like air conditioning didn't really help.
