  Great hotel for the price

Liked: Very friendly receptionist guy, who suggested his top locations to visit in Antwerp, because it was my first one. The location was close to the Antwerp Expo which was perfect for my goal. Also pretty much walkable from the city center, but it will take some time. It was very quiet, (almost) clean and comfortable to sleep in.

Disliked: The body wash cream had hair on it, and the bottle was almost empty.

Good and clean 4 start hotel, but hospitality can improvement

Liked: Beautiful and clean hotel. Value for money. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, beds was good. Definitely a 4 star hotel.

Disliked: I did booked 1 room for 3 people and they did not prepare the room f9r 3 people. Went to the reception 4 times within 4 hours so that they could bring extra bedding. When they finally brought the bedding, it was not the correct size. We also did not had 3 towels in our bathroom. This is something they need to pay better attention next time for their guests. To make up for it, they atleast gave us free parking. I'm not complaining, just sharing my experience. This is still a good hotel
