Liked: Clean, spacious rooms. Welcome drink and chocolates are really nice. Location cannot be better, everything is walking distance. Cosy lounge area with relaxing chairs at fire place was appreciated.

Disliked: People need to know that rooms can only be reached by stairs. You hear guests in other rooms walking on the laminate floors and the piano music is nice but a tad too loud.

Liked: The actual room was lovely. Good range of things to watch on the tv. Well stocked

Disliked: The steep stairs to the room also very poorly lit It says the room is sound proof but could hear every movement Not a bad thing but just warning... it is above bars that are open till 2 am so can hear music and people till then even with windows shut

  Central Antwerp brilliant location

Liked: In a fantastic location in the heart of Antwerp old town, Good sized rooms with facilities on site

Disliked: It was hot and no aircon which is ok as we all need to deal with it, but the fan was not very good, some furniture was damaged

  A short stay at Menzovin

Liked: Menzovin is at a perfect location in walking distance of all main places to visit and the Meir. The bathroom is spacious and there was a small fridge. The staff is very kind and helpfull, trying to make your stay great. Thank you to the manager of duty at that time.

Disliked: The room was not cleaned at arrival. This caused us going up and down to other rooms on small stairs to see as replacement. The room was very very warm and needs an airco. The breakfast was a bit sober but for a 3 star ok. Overall the hotel lacks maintenance, broken parts of the furniture, lamps, floorparts. Last years impression was completely different, it was bit messy and looks the soul has gone of once a charming well kept city hotel.

Comfortable, spacious and in an excellent location

Liked: The room was a lovely size and tastefully decorated, the location was excellent, right next to the Cathedral in the historic centre of Antwerp.

Disliked: There were some noisy bars nearby but the windows were good enough to block any excessive noise and the bars were pretty quiet by the time I went to sleep, so this wasn't really any issue.
