  Liked: We had a lovely stay at SHWAY – The Light Blue Parrot. It was a welcoming place to relax, and we really enjoyed our time there. The stay made our trip even more special, and we’d happily recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

  Liked: Good location, comfortable bed, free access to laundry and dryer. We also appreciated having a smart TV, microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher in the room.

  Disliked: Apartment (especially the bathroom) and laundry area were not so clean. Limited number of coffee pods and toilet paper provided. No response when I asked about an issue with the kettle or the entrance gate. Not recommended for light sleepers, you can hear footsteps of the neighbors upstairs and in the stairwell.

  Good room, bad customer service

  Liked: The room is good and in a central location.

  Disliked: The hot water wasn’t working during my stay. When I messaged the owner on WhatsApp, she asked me to look at the boiler in the staircase cupboard myself and try to deal with it. I sent some photos back to her and, when she gave follow-up instructions and I went back to the boiler the next day, the door was locked, presumably by one of the cleaning staff. I don’t expect to have cold water and try to sort out a boiler when I’m paying close to £100 a night.

  Liked: The location was awesome, the room was perfect for me and very comfortable, great amenities and had everything I needed for a week stay.

  Cute and comfortable

  Liked: The room was well decorated, comfortable and had everything I needed. Lots of restaurants and services nearby.

  Disliked: The stairs are steep and narrow and can be difficult to navigate with luggage.
