  Great location, outdated furniture, friendly host

  Liked: Host was very friendly and professional, location very central in a vibrant and fancy neighborhood

  Disliked: Apartment is rather outdated. The apartment is clean but the furniture (especially sofa) and window covers could really use an upgrade. Heating system and warm water were not working upon arrival, even though it was winter. Luckily the host guided me through instructions on how to fix the boiler, and a handyman was called to fix the problem in the evening.

  Expectations not exceeded... Faulty bathroom door and no hand soap provided for the bathroom

  Liked: It was fine for one night, but I am glad we didn't stay for longer

  Disliked: Toilet/bathroom did not have soap, which we were very surprised/disappointed by. Shampoo or conditioner also were not included. My partner also got stuck in the bathroom as the door is broken and hasn't been installed or fixed properly (he's a carpenter and knows this trade). Bin mechanism is broken, coffee table draws missing etc. For what we paid we just expected more than what we got...

  Close enough to reach most sites by foot

  Liked: Comfortable bed with nice outside area.

  Disliked: It’s 3 levels up with a lot of stairs, so if you’re travelling with heavy suitcases it very challenging to get into apartment. The shower has very low water pressure and doesn’t drain properly, the shower curtain was very dirty. The appartment is looking bit run down and needs a good cleaning.

  Liked: Location was good

  Disliked: We requested a baby cot and mentioned it three times before arrival. We even received a message confirming that everything was ready. However, when we arrived, the cot was not in the room - we had to find and pick it up ourselves from a common area. Additionally, no bed sheets were provided for the baby cot, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the stay was fine, but this experience was disappointing and needs improvement.

  Great location, an easy stay in a great city

  Liked: Great location and easy to check in/out. Excellent value for money

  Disliked: Layout was a bit cramped with no hand basin for the wc or loo brush. 😐

  An apartment to be avoided, no lift (3rd floor) below average

  Liked: The location is the good point and also it has a keybox for checking in purposes. There is Netflix available and a large balcony

  Disliked: The apartment is much smaller than the pictures (all wide angle photos). There is no lift which means you need to carry your luggage up 3 floors and down too. The kitchen has very basic and few stuffs for cooking. For 6 nights stay we only got one garbage bag. The toilet and bathroom are really small and no space available in the bedroom. For the high price, this place is an avoid for me. I didn't even get my final invoice.
