  Exceptional

  Liked: Very helpful patron who is quite prepared to assist in getting luggage up the tight staircase. Parking close by, although expensive for long stay Decor very similar to Ibis hotel style, thus modern, comfortable and well equipped, like in a good hotel, including gowns, slippers and a well fitted kitchenette. Spacious inside Very comfortable bed. Centrally located in old town; close to everything. Priced fair Room can be heated, if so chosen, air conditioning and towel warmers

  Disliked: Street can be noisy at night. (some windows do not seem to close fully tight.) Shower taps can be confusing to operate Room can only be accessed via extremely tight staircase which is not suitable for those who are mobility impaired.

  Highly recommended

  Liked: Oh I had some reservations before going but now I feel I should've stayed there a bit more. Loveddddd the place. So beautiful, vibrant, spacious, clean and with a lot of facilities. The staff was super cool and nice. Location wise it was brilliant. Right inside city center. Walk from train station was very nice too. Highly recommended!

  Disliked: A little noise from the street but it wasn't disturbing.

  Excellent hosts, especially after a late booking

  Liked: Excellent hosts, especially as we booked late due to a previous property elsewhere being unsuitable. Rang me up straight away to confirm our booking, and were at the property to talk us through the area which was great.

  Top value for money

  Liked: The location is unbeatable and the accommodation clean and comfortable. The host, Jan, was extremely helpful - in fact, going far beyond what one can expect of an owner. We're very grateful, and no doubt will be seeing Jan again.

  Disliked: Nothing comes to mind. The circular stairs up to the flat would be challenging for someone with limited mobility, though.

  Liked: Host were wonderful, clean rooms,plenty of space, location was excellent-safe and close to Grote Markt!

  Disliked: No AC in the bedroom downstairs- we didn't mind since it was cool even mid June- but if it's something that will bother you, it might be a problem.
