Professional, friendly, cozy, special, totally recommend it

Liked: My stay was really good and the hotel was nice and cozy. The staff was friendly and professional, specially (kiran khadka) who checked me in. He met us with smile and asking if we need anything in the room just let him know and he helps immediately. This not my first stay and will not be the last. Super location, close to Antwerp central station and the center of Antwer and the shopping center.I recommend the hotel for everyone.

A very welcoming staff who really showed an interest in your comfort and satisfaction

Liked: The location was very convenient and quiet. You could easily walk to the Antwerp train station, subway and trams. Also within 5 minutes there were food establishments and local mini-markets.

Disliked: There was an unexpected fuse blown late at night. I was readily able to find a staff member who turned the power back on for us. There were several rooms affected.

Disliked: The property is so dated that we only stayed 1 of 2 nights booked. Depressing.

Disappointing. Looked a lot worse than the pictures. The smell when I entered the room was horrible. The floor was dirty

  Liked: The bed

Disliked: It was not clean. The floor was not clean, and it didn’t look like the pictures online.

  Good value for money!

Liked: Staff were always available, very friendly & helpful. Great location near enough the station and not far from Shopping, a little further to the Old town but easy walk.

Disliked: Could be cleaner, bit scruffy in hallways.
