  Great location and wonderful personnel made for a very good stay

  Liked: Great location, very welcoming personnel: they greatly supported us storing our bicycles. Delicious breakfast.

  Disliked: Room was a tad dark because of the walls painted black and the view was poor.

  Liked: The location is excellent and very close to the city center, which is one of the hotel’s main strengths. The hotel also offers beautiful views in general. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive, and I appreciated their efforts to assist.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy the view from my room because the windows were positioned very high and did not allow for a clear view outside. More importantly, my room did not have a bathtub, even though my booking was specifically for a Superior Room with Bathtub. This was disappointing, as the room provided should match the description and facilities advertised and confirmed on Booking.com. Another major issue was the very unpleasant and strong odor in the guest room corridors. The carpeting appeared old and heavily worn and may require deep cleaning or replacement, as the smell was quite noticeable. The room itself also needed more attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The coffee machine was covered in dust, the safe was not working at all even after the staff tried to assist, and the shower handle was broken.

  Liked: This is a delightful small hotel in a magical spot overlooking the harbour and near the Museum and a great three star restaurant. My Brother and I loved staying there and will return again. Looking forward to it. Juno and Ken

  Liked: Very nice size room with a view to the harbour. Great shower in a huge bathroom with a stand alone bath. We enjoyed having drinks on the terrace.

  Disliked: If pushed I would say that the room was a little dark but that's just my point of view.
