  Liked: Great location!

Disliked: Cleaning could be improved. Staff reached out multiple times to ask for arrival/departure time - though the system is fully automated and no keys are handed.

  Worth a stay

Liked: Sebastian was very helpful. The room had really good views of Dinant and in a good location. The bed was comfortable. The cafe next door had good food and friendly helpful staff. There was a secure garage at a small extra cost.

Disliked: People need to be aware that the top floor room number 4 is up 4 flights of stairs. They are long, so not suitable for those with medical conditions who may struggle. Definitely if able, it's worth the climb. No milk only cream for coffee.
